- Mr. Mai Phan Dung was appointed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs to become the Director of the Department of Cultural Affairs and UNESCO and General Secretary of the National Committee of UNESCO Vietnam at the Appointment Decision Ceremony on October 8, 2019.
